Q170: Does the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002 prohibit falconry?

Although the Act was mainly designed to impose a ban on fox hunting with hounds, it also deals with hunting that is still legal (known as exempted hunting because it exempted from the legal ban). Falconry is exempted hunting and is still allowed under the legislation.
