Q256: I know someone, who is committing benefit fraud, what should I do?

The police do not deal with benefit fraud, the Benefits Agency prosecute their own cases.

If you suspect someone of committing benefit fraud then contact the National Benefit Fraud Hotline. The number is 0800 854 440, and is open between 7am and 11pm, 7 days a week.
